Darrell Daley

Darrell is an accomplished trial lawyer with 30 years of experience litigating cases—both to juries and judges—across many business and legal sectors, including financial services, real estate, bankruptcy, securities, employment, non-competition, trade secrets, and partnership and corporate governance matters.  Most cases he litigates bear one similar attribute: they are high stakes, financially complicated disputes. Darrell is a creative, sophisticated problem-solver who lawyers aggressively yet civilly.

Although skilled at litigating cases that cannot be resolved otherwise, Darrell strongly advocates out-of-court resolution of business disputes. He has acted as an advocate for his clients in arbitrations, mediations and settlement conferences across the country.

Darrell has argued before the Colorado state appellate courts and federal courts of appeal, and submitted briefing in the U.S. Supreme Court. His appellate advocacy has generated numerous reported legal decisions that have made, clarified, or expanded the law.
