Heather Joyce

Heather represents businesses of all sizes across many industries, ranging from technology and professional services to manufacturing and construction. She handles complex commercial litigation at trial and appeal courts, and has broad experience in administrative law proceedings. Having advocated for clients during the administrative rulemaking proceedings, before the state engineer and state legislature, before the EEOC, the GSA and the DOD, and in trade matters before the International Trade Commission, Heather’s goal for her clients is to find creative solutions to difficult client problems using her varied legal experience, her love of research and writing, and business sense. Heather hails from Denver, but spends much of her time adventuring through the high country.
